Description
SUMMARY:   This is a non-skiing/non-snowboarding position. Oversees use and rental of mobile units by performing the following duties.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
1. Responds to problems and complaints of tenants and takes necessary steps to resolve them
2. Maintains individual logs of each mobile listing all information (ie: tenants, repairs, damages to interior, etc).
3. Acts as a liaison between the ski resort and the tenants
4. Sees that all safety regulation and rules of USFS, as well as those of China Peak are adhered to, and reports when violations are made.
5. Oversees walkways and emergency exits clearances, and administer Employee Snow Removal and Parking Agreement.
6. Oversee distribution of housing mail, key distribution, and security of housing, and reports any problems.
7. Manages company store including day to day operation, ordering, stocking, rotation of stock, dusting etc.
8. Keeping laundry area clean on a daily basis.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Due to the many variables that affect Winter resort operations, such as weather and number of guests, occasionally employees may be asked to perform other duties or assist in efforts outside their primary area of responsibility as needed, including performing in any subordinate position.
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position may have one housing assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. AGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
TRAINING, CERFIFICATES & LICENSES: Valid California Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
 
 PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMAND LEVEL: 1 – LOW
       The physical and environmental demand level as described in Level 1 (LOW) are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.        This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied and in many cases include steep stairways, multi-level buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Work days and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.
